In chemical engineering ,python can be used to automate tasks ,analyze data ,build models and optimize processes among many other things. The python package for chemical engeneering is chemics.Pythons allows engeneers to implement open sources such as Supervisors Control and Data Acquisition Systems that can perfectly sync an industrial project . Python is used in chemistry for kinetic and thermodynamic calculations as well as quantum chemistry and molecular mechanics.It is also used extensively for laboratory automation and software development.In addition it makes data analysis and visualization in chemistry. The advantages of using python are such as , 1.Presence of third -party modules. 2.High level language. 3.User -friendly data structures. 4.Open sources and large active community base. 5.Versatile ,easy to read,learn and write. From (Yahya Nafea April 23 2023) python libraries are such as, 1.Chempy a python library used for modelling and stimulating chemical reactions. 2.Cantera a sofware suite used for solving chemical kinetics ,thermodynamics and transport problems . 3Promo ,a python- based open -source optimization modelling language used for formulating and solving optimization problems. 4.Coolprop an open source thermodynamic properties database and calculation library that provide access to thermophysical properties for a wide range of fluids and include support for refrigerants. 5.Scipy which is used for scientific computing and technical computing. 6.OpenMDAO used for multidisciplinary design optimazation. 7.Pychem used for computational chemistry and molecular modelling.
